Citra Widya Edukasi Oil Palm Polytechnic provides a range of facilities to support educational activities as well as research conducted by lecturers and students. In selected semesters, field studies are conducted at several oil palm plantation industries to strengthen students’ understanding.
Campus Facilities
To achieve the educational goals and objectives of Citra Widya Edukasi Oil Palm Polytechnic, facilities and infrastructure are required to support the teaching and learning process for both students and lecturers.
Teaching Plantation
To support its mission of producing skilled professionals for the oil palm industry, CWE Oil Palm Polytechnic provides two teaching plantations, located in Setu, Bekasi, West Java, covering 1.3 hectares, and in Subang, West Java, covering 10.1 hectares. Located near the campus, these areas are used for student training and experimentation in oil palm cultivation. Students learn directly about oil palm plantation structure, planting methods, harvesting practices, and plantation management based on modern industry standards. The presence of an experimental nursery enables students to adapt early to field conditions, making the knowledge they acquire more valid and applicable.
Greenhouse
This facility is used for micro-scale practical work, particularly for the Oil Palm Plantation Cultivation Study Program. Located on campus, this 40-square-meter area enables students to observe the effects of fertilization, measure plant height, and carry out other practical activities designed to understand the fundamentals of agronomy.

Mechanical Workshop
CWE Oil Palm Polytechnic also provides a workshop for mechanical and machining practice. This workshop strongly supports students’ skills in mechanical aspects, serving as a supporting facility for practical competencies in the oil palm processing mill sector.
Laboratories
Citra Widya Edukasi Oil Palm Polytechnic has modern laboratories to support learning and research. These facilities help students master both theory and practice in line with industry needs.
Biology Laboratory
Located on the second floor, the Biology Laboratory is provided for students of the Oil Palm Plantation Cultivation Study Program. Here, students conduct practical work, scientific research, and experiments, including tissue culture techniques, physical soil analysis, leaf analysis, and related activities.
Chemistry Laboratory
The Chemistry Laboratory is provided for students of the Oil Palm Plantation Product Processing Technology and Oil Palm Plantation Cultivation study programs. In this laboratory, students learn CPO testing, water quality testing, free fatty acid testing, oil palm yield analysis, and other related analyses.
Physics Laboratory
The Physics Laboratory is intended for students of the Oil Palm Plantation Product Processing Technology Study Program.
Here, students study the fundamentals of oil palm mill machinery.
Students are trained and educated to keep pace with developments in computerization, from introduction and use to the development of applications that will be useful in the workplace. This learning process helps improve students’ digital competencies so they are prepared to face industry challenges.
Computer Laboratory
The Computer Laboratory at Citra Widya Edukasi Oil Palm Polytechnic serves as a facility for students to study and keep pace with developments in computerized technology. Here, students are equipped with digital skills that are relevant to industry needs.

CWE Polytechnic serves as a training centre for studies related to bearing equipment produced by PT SKF Indonesia. Through this facility, institutions or companies throughout Indonesia that use or provide bearing equipment can access learning simulations on bearing installation and processes, supported by facilities available on the CWE Polytechnic campus.
