D3 - Oil Palm Processing Technology

Oil palm plantation product processing is an important stage in increasing product added value so it can be optimally utilized by the wider community. In processing mills, Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) are processed into high-quality Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and kernels.

In response to the high demand for professionals in this field, CWE Oil Palm Polytechnic offers the D3 Oil Palm Processing Technology Study Program, designed to produce competent, skilled graduates who are ready to meet the challenges of an industry based on modern standards.

Objectives

Provide knowledge and skills in oil palm processing according to modern industry standards.
Membekali peserta kemampuan mengolah Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) menjadi Crude Palm Oil (CPO) dan kernel berkualitas.
Melatih peserta dalam pengoperasian dan perawatan mesin mill pengolahan oil palm.
Menyiapkan tenaga kerja terampil dan siap bersaing di industry pengolahan hasil plantation oil palm.

Menjadi program studi yang unggul dalam bidang technology pengolahan oil palm serta mampu mengembangkan ilmu pengetahunan dan technology dalam bidang technology pengolahan oil palm yang berwawasan lingkungan pada tahun 2035.

Menyelenggarakan program pendidikan vokasi yang mature graduates berkarakter unggul, profesional, berwawasan global, serta mampu bersaing terutama dalam bidang oil palm sector di tingkat nasional;
Melaksanakan penelitian aplikasi dan training yang berorientasi pada kebutuhan di industry terutama dalam bidang oil palm sector, sekaligus sebagai pelayanan profesional bagi masyarakat To develop leadership and governance that meet national higher education quality standards.
