The Directorate General of Plantations (Ditjenbun), in collaboration with the Oil Palm Plantation Fund Management Agency (BPDPKS), is once again opening a valuable opportunity for Indonesian students to participate in the 2022 National Selection for the Oil Palm Plantation Human Resources Scholarship (SDM PKS).

This scholarship program is a concrete form of the government’s commitment to improving the quality of human resources in the oil palm sector. Through this program, scholarship recipients will have the opportunity to pursue higher education at selected institutions with full support from the government.

Scholarship Recipient Targets

The Directorate General of Plantations, together with BPDPKS, invites: – Smallholders; – Smallholder family members; – Oil palm plantation workers; – Family members of oil palm plantation workers; – Civil servants/PPPK personnel assigned to the oil palm sector; – Administrators or members of cooperatives or organizations engaged in the oil palm sector;

to participate in the 2022 National Selection for the Oil Palm Plantation Human Resources Scholarship.

Education Levels Offered

This scholarship program covers the following education levels:

• Vocational: D1, D2, D3, and D4
• Academic: Bachelor’s Degree S1

Scholarship recipients will have the opportunity to pursue quality education according to their interests and potential, while preparing themselves to become outstanding human resources capable of supporting the sustainability of Indonesia’s oil palm industry.
