Operational Training Before the Mature Crop Phase

During the transition from the immature crop phase (TBM) to the mature crop phase (TM), good planning and preparation of harvest-related facilities and infrastructure are required to capture full potential at the early production stage. When the crop enters the TM phase, all production activities are expected to run optimally and smoothly.

Kastrasi & Sanitasi: Menjaga kesehatan crop, mengatur keseimbangan pertumbuhan vegetatif dan generatif.
Titi Harvest & Pembuatan TPH: Teknik pembuatan jalur harvest dan tempat pengumpulan hasil agar proses harvest lebih cepat dan tertata.
Gawangan, Jalan Rintis & Tangga-tangga: Perawatan infrastruktur kebun untuk mendukung kelancaran aktivitas harvest.
Peralatan Harvest: Pengenalan, penggunaan, dan perawatan alat harvest yang sesuai standar.
Persediaan Tenaga Pemanen & Pembrondol: Persiapan tenaga kerja harvest, pembagian tugas, serta teknik pembrondolan.
