D3 - Oil Palm Plantation Cultivation

The Diploma 3 (D3) Oil Palm Plantation Cultivation Study Program is offered to meet the high demand for experts in the oil palm plantation sector, driven by land development and industry growth. CWE Oil Palm Polytechnic prepares competent, skilled, and work-ready graduates through structured learning that balances theory and field practice.

Through this program, students will study key aspects of oil palm plantation management, from land surveying and mapping, land suitability evaluation, nursery management, fertilization, harvesting, to crop replanting. Graduates are expected to become professionals capable of managing plantations effectively and contributing to improved productivity and sustainability in the oil palm industry.
